Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a three (3) member Board of Directors elected by the unit owners. The Board is responsible for policy decisions, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable laws.

The Board works closely with the Association’s professional management company to ensure proper administration, financial transparency, and efficient day-to-day operations.
